Can I install it myself?
No, our countertop and floor standing products are all installed by our VCG Co Service Technicians.

Do your countertop products use electricity?
Yes, our countertop and floor standing products do require electricity to operate.
Can I purchase more filters
All filter replacements are done by our VCG Co Service Technicians. Please call 1300 962 165 to book in a Filter Service.
How often do I need to replace the filters?
Please refer to the manual for filter specifications. Filter lifetimes are calculated based on 10L use a day. Please note, the amount of daily water being used is higher than 10L, the period can be shorter than standard. Tap water quality can also affect filter lifetimes.
Where can I install the unit?
Countertop units can only be installed near a sink, close to a power source
Floor Standing units can only be installed close to both a water and power source

Can I install it myself?
Yes, our Undersink unit is DIY. Installation guides can be found within the product manual as well as on our YouTube Channel ‘VCG Co’.

No, our Undersink unit do not require electricity.
